Behind each of the 24 puzzle-cut doors sits one hand-painted collectible figure. Open one door at a time and you build the full set as you go — no repeats, no duds, and the reveal order stays a surprise until the last door.

Twenty-four different characters from across Middle-earth, each individually sculpted and hand-painted, standing 3.5–4cm tall. The line-up covers the names you'd expect — Gandalf, Frodo, Aragorn, Legolas, Gollum — plus deeper cuts for the fans who'll notice. Every figure comes with a gold cord attached so it hangs straight onto a tree or a shelf display once it's out.

The box measures 26 × 18cm, printed on solid card rather than flimsy stock, with each figure seated in its own compartment so nothing shifts or rattles in transit. It ships in outer packaging, so it arrives in gift condition rather than with a courier label slapped across the artwork.
